AFF With Pay Fee definition
AFF With Pay Fee means, in respect of any amount of Charge Transaction Data, an amount equal to the product of (a) the total dollar amount of Charge Slips in respect of Eligible Promotional Sales subject to the terms of an AFF With Pay Promotion, multiplied by (b) the percentage specified in Exhibit U applicable to the deferral time period for that promotion.
