Affected reach definition

Affected reach means the portion of a stream channel where the hydrology may be significantly affected by the cumulative effects of the proposed water withdrawal in combination with existing water withdrawals and point source discharges.

Related to Affected reach

  • Affected source means a source that includes one or more affected units.

  • Affected Party has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

  • Affected land means the area of land from which overburden has been removed or upon which overburden has been deposited, or land which has otherwise been disturbed, changed, influenced, or altered in any way in the course of mining, including processing and stockpile areas but not including roads.

  • Affected facility means, with reference to a stationary source, any apparatus to which a standard is applicable.

  • Benchmark Transition Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events with respect to the then-current Benchmark:

  • Affected Loan has the meaning specified in Section 3.04.

  • Servicer Termination Notice Defined in Section 6.15.

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Non-Affected Party means, so long as there is only one Affected Party, the other party.

  • Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the affected party’s reasonable control, including (without limitation) accidents, severe weather events, acts of God, actions of any government agency, epidemic, pandemic, acts of terrorism, or the stability or availability of the Internet or a portion thereof.
