  • Affected System means an electric system other than the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System that may be affected by a proposed interconnection or on which a proposed interconnection or addition of facilities or upgrades may require modifications or upgrades to the Transmission System.   • Affected Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 14 of the Agreement.
