Affected Train Service Type definition

Affected Train Service Type has the meaning given in clause 11.2. Agreement means this document, including the schedules and annexures to it. Assessment Date has the meaning given in clause 11.1. AT2 Component means that part of the formula for calculating the TOP Charges that is calculated by multiplying and/or dividing one or more variables by “AT2” (as defined in Schedule 4).
