Affiliate Contract definition

Affiliate Contract has the meaning given in Clause 20. “Agreement” means this Agreement by and between BT and the Customer that comprises these General Terms, each Schedule, any Annex and each Order.

Affiliate Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 5.07(a) hereof.

Affiliate Contract means any contract or agreement between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (including the Partnership Group), on the one hand, and any Member or Members or any Affiliate or Affiliates of Members, on the other hand.

Examples of Affiliate Contract in a sentence

• Upon any breach by the Partnership or by any Affiliate of the General Partner of the terms of any contract between the Partnership and any Affiliate of the General Partner (an “Affiliate Contract”) which breach has a material adverse effect on the business of the Partnership, the Limited Partners by and through the Limited Partner Representative and upon Approval of the Limited Partners may prosecute the rights of the Partnership under such Affiliate Contract.

• For purposes of such Affiliate Contract, the term “Buyer” in these Glass Production Terms will be deemed to apply to such Affiliate.

• Each of ETE and ETP agree that, without having obtained the prior written consent of the other party, neither ETE or any of its Controlled Subsidiaries (other than ETP, its general partner or any of their respective Controlled Subsidiaries) nor ETP or any of its Controlled Subsidiaries (other than SXL, Sunoco GP or any of their respective Controlled Subsidiaries) will enter into any Affiliate Contract with SXL, Sunoco GP or any of their respective Controlled Subsidiaries.

Affiliate Contract means a contract between a distributor and an affiliate, and includes a Services Agreement;
