Affiliate Customer means any of your Affiliates that we have agreed, from time to time, to provide an Account or a Product;

Assumed Contract shall mean the Contracts related to the Casino Property which exist as of the Closing Date, which are either (i) set forth on Section 1.1(a)(iii) of the Flamingo Disclosure Letter, or (ii) not listed on Section 1.1(a)(iii) of the Flamingo Disclosure Letter but (a) reflected in the income statements of Flamingo prepared through the Closing Date and which are not otherwise, individually or in the aggregate, material to the Casino Property or (b) entered into prior to Closing with the approval of Flamingo Buyer or which did not require the approval of Flamingo Buyer pursuant to Section 7.1(a) of the Purchase Agreement. Boardwalk shall mean Martial Development Corp., a New Jersey corporation and Boardwalk Regency Corporation, a New Jersey corporation, together.
