Affiliate Lease definition

Affiliate Lease means each lease now or hereafter made between Landlord or any Landlord Affiliate and any Affiliate, as amended, modified, extended or renewed from time to time.

Affiliate Lease and “Affiliate Leases” have the meanings set forth in the Recitals.

Affiliate Lease means that certain Amended and Restated Master Lease Agreement, dated as of June 9, 2006, by and among BlueLinx, ABP AL (MIDFIELD) LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and the other Affiliates of Parent identified as Landlords on the signature pages thereof, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Examples of Affiliate Lease in a sentence

• If this Lease is terminated with respect to a Facility subject to a taking as described in this section, Landlord may, at its option, terminate each Affiliate Lease.

More Definitions of Affiliate Lease

Affiliate Lease has the meaning specified in Section 4.11(e)(viii).
