Base Lease definition

Base Lease means the Base Lease Agreement delivered concurrently with this Lease between the Company and the Issuer.
Base Lease means the Second Amended and Restated Base Lease Agreement by and between the City and the Corporation to be dated as of the date of its delivery, together with any amendments, modifications and restatements thereof or substitutions therefor, in each case the form of which shall be negotiated, determined and finalized by a City Representative.
Base Lease means the Base Lease dated as of November 1, 2023, between the City and the Trustee, as from time to time amended and supplemented in accordance with the provisions thereof and of Article XII of this Indenture.

  • Nothing in this Section is intended to imply that the Issuer must take any action or execute any instrument unless specifically required to do so by this Base Lease.

  • Upon such termination, the Issuer shall deliver to the Company any instruments which may be reasonably required by the Company to evidence such termination and the relinquishment of all of the Issuer’s rights and interest in the Project and in this Base Lease.
