Affiliate Platform. An internal or third party platform, including without limitation, Impact Tech, Inc. (“Impact Radius”) used by Provider to track Affiliate performance, including specific referrals and commissions earned through the Affiliate Program. "Affiliate Site" - The Affiliate's website which displays Provider Services and/or promotions. "Provider Services" - The services that are available for purchase from Provider.

  • Provider will honor all Bookings made on the Connected Affiliate Platform and will only cancel a Booking if Provider is unable to provide the Activity due to circumstances beyond Providerʼs control and the cancellation is permissible under Providerʼs cancellation policy in effect at the time the Booking was made.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not guarantee that Activities and Provider Content will be distributed on any Connected Affiliate Platform at all.
