Affiliate Transferee definition

Affiliate Transferee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

Affiliate Transferee means any Affiliate of a Former Senior Noteholder or Executive Management to which such Former Senior Noteholder or Executive Management shall have transferred any of its Shares or any Affiliate of DVI to which DVI shall have transferred any of its Registrable Securities.

Affiliate Transferee means, with respect to any Person, any Transferee that is an Affiliate of such Person.

Examples of Affiliate Transferee in a sentence

• No Transfer to a Permitted Affiliate Transferee shall be effective unless such Permitted Affiliate Transferee has executed such counterpart of this Agreement.
