Affiliated Agent definition

Affiliated Agent means a real estate agent who trades under, or holds out to be affiliated with, a name that is the same as, or similar to, or the derivative of, the name of a real estate agency licensed under this Law under item 11;

Examples of Affiliated Agent in a sentence

  • If you have been invited by a Sponsoring Agent to register for use of the Viator Marketplace and/or are authorized by a Sponsoring Agent to process Transactions on their Viator Marketplace account, then you are an Affiliated Agent.

  • Designated Agent means any entity that performs actions or functions on behalf of the Transmission Provider, a Transmission Owner, an Eligible Customer, or the Transmission Customer required under the Tariff. Designated Entity:
