Affiliated Airline means an Airline other than Airline that (a) operates aircraft of 76 passenger seats or less at the Airport and is party to a code share agreement with AIRLINE applicable to such Airline’s flights to and from the Airport, (b) has signed an Airline Operating Agreement and Terminal Building Lease similar to the form of this Agreement, (c) is party to an Airline Services Agreement with AIRLINE and (d) has been designated in writing by AIRLINE as an “affiliate” of AIRLINE.

Terminal equipment owned or acquired by the Authority for use by Affiliated Airline shall remain the property of the Authority.
Except as specifically provided in this Affiliate Agreement, no amendment, modification, or alteration of the terms of this Affiliate Agreement shall be binding unless the same is in writing, dated subsequent to the date hereof, and duly executed by the Affiliated Airline, Airline and the Authority.

Affiliated Airline shall observe the Authority Rules and Regulations which the Authority may promulgate from time to time, including without limitation the Authority’s duly adopted and generally applicable Policies, Operating Directives, Standard Procedures, Ordinances, and the Airport Security Plan, in each case as such may be in force and as amended from time to time.
Affiliated Airline shall not abandon any portion of its property at the Airport without the written consent of the Authority.
During the Term, Affiliated Airline shall, at its own expense, provide, pay for, and maintain with companies reasonably satisfactory to the Authority the types of insurance under the terms and conditions set forth in the Space Rental Agreement as if such terms and conditions were set forth herein and applicable to Affiliated Airline and its Air Transportation Business at the Airport hereunder.
Affiliated Airline and each of its Affiliated Airline Parties shall also observe all Applicable Laws which may affect Affiliated Airline’s operations under this Affiliate Agreement.
Affiliated Airline, Airline and the Authority agree to enter into this Affiliate Agreement, specifying the rights and obligations of the Parties with respect to the use of the Airport by Affiliated Airline.
Furthermore, unless the Authority elects to cancel this Affiliate Agreement, Affiliated Airline and Airline, jointly and severally, shall remain liable for and promptly pay all Airline Fees and Charges accruing hereunder until termination of this Affiliate Agreement as set forth in Article 4.

Affiliated Airline or “Affiliate” means an Airline other than AIRLINE that (a) operates aircraft of 76 passenger seats or fewer at the Airport, (b) has signed an Airline Operating Agreement and Terminal Building Lease similar to the form of this Agreement or an operating permit or such other agreement to operate at the Airport as reasonably required by MAC, (c) (i) is a subsidiary, parent company, or sister company of AIRLINE, or, (ii) if such airline is not a subsidiary, parent company, or sister company of AIRLINE, is party to an Airline Services Agreement with AIRLINE, (d) has been designated in writing by AIRLINE as an “affiliate” of AIRLINE, and (e) is ground handled exclusively by AIRLINE or AIRLINE’s subcontractor for all flights flown on behalf of AIRLINE at the Airport.

Affiliated Airline as defined in the Airline Agreement.

Affiliated Airline means any airline that is under common control with Airline (as defined below) (i.e., an airline that is owned by the Airline, or that is owned by the same corporate parent that owns the Airline, or that is a subsidiary of the Airline), or is affiliated with the Airline at the Airport (through co-branding, code share, marketing agreements, and/or a similar arrangement between the Airline and its affiliated airline), and is listed in the Official Guide as providing scheduled service to and from the Airport.

Affiliated Airline means: 1. Any Airline that is (i) a subsidiary of an AIRLINE or of an AIRLINE’s parent company through total or partial ownership by the AIRLINE or its parent company and operates at the Airport under the trade name or a similar trade name of the AIRLINE, (ii) uses the two-letter designator code of the AIRLINE for its flights serving the Airport and whose aircraft display the livery of the AIRLINE or a livery similar to the AIRLINE, and (iii) is designated as an Affiliated Airline on the Tab F Affiliated Airline Endorsement Form (the “Tab F Form”) of this 2018 AUA by the AIRLINE; or 2. If not a subsidiary of the AIRLINE or the parent company of the AIRLINE, an Airline that is designated on the Tab F Form by the AIRLINE as an Airline for which the AIRLINE has assumed financial responsibility for all fees and charges incurred by the Affiliated Airline as a result of the Affiliated Airline’s use of any airport in the Airport System as a regional Airline using the AIRLINE’s two-letter designator code and whose aircraft displays the livery of the AIRLINE or a livery similar to the AIRLINE.

Affiliated Airline means a passenger airline that has a valid Operating Permit at the Airport and is (i) any wholly owned subsidiary or majority-owned airline of AIRLINE, or (ii) any regional airline operating under the name of the AIRLINE or under the name of the AIRLINE's wholly owned subsidiary, or (iii) any airline flying under its own livery; AND in any of the three abovementioned situations is also (i) not selling any seats or space in its own name and all seats or space are being sold in the name of the AIRLINE that the airline is under contract to and (ii) only if such airline has been designated as such in writing by AIRLINE as an "Affiliated Airline" of AIRLINE.

Affiliated Airline.
