Affiliated Company or Affiliate definition
Affiliated Company or Affiliate means (i) a company or other entity that Controls or is Controlled by a Party to this CONTRACT, or (ii) a company which is Controlled by a company or other entity which Controls, a Party to this CONTRACT.
Affiliated Company or Affiliate means each corporation, trade or business, the Employees of which, together with the Employees of the Company, are required by section 414 of the Code to be treated as if they were employed by a single employer.
