Affiliated Groups means those groups identified in the City’s Affiliation Policy as amended from time to time;

Affiliated Groups means any affiliated, consolidated, combined, unitary or similar group (within the meaning of Section 1504 of the Code, or any comparable provision of state, local or foreign law, as the case may be) of which the Seller and/or any of its Subsidiaries is or was a member but only for the periods during which the Seller or any of its Subsidiaries, as the case may be, is or was a member.

Related to Affiliated Groups

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • Affiliated Persons or "AFFILIATES" means

  • Affiliated Party means, with respect to any Purchaser, any person or entity which, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Purchaser, including, without limitation, any general partner, officer or director of such Purchaser and any venture capital fund now or hereafter existing which is controlled by one or more general partners of, or shares the same management company as, such Purchaser.

  • Affiliated Companies shall include any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.

  • Affiliated Entity means any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with an Insured.

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Exposed group means all employees at a work location, working area, or a common area at work, where an employee COVID-19 case was present at any time during the high-risk exposure period. A common area at work includes bathrooms, walkways, hallways, aisles, break or eating areas, and waiting areas. The following exceptions apply:

  • Affiliated Company means any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.

  • Participating Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries that have been designated as eligible to participate in the Plan, and such other Subsidiaries that may be designated by the Committee from time to time in its sole discretion.

  • Parent Companies means Parent and its Subsidiaries;

  • Affiliates means, with respect to the Contractor, any of its corporate affiliates or associates, including parent entities, subsidiaries, and other entities in which it owns a substantial interest.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).
