Affiliated Limited Partner means Millennium LP. In the case of Occidental GP, each of Occidental LP1 and Occidental LP2 shall be "Affiliated Limited Partner". Affiliated Partner Group. Affiliated Limited Partner means any of the following Persons who purchase Units and are admitted to the Partnership as Limited Partners:
(i) the General Partner and its Affiliates;
(ii) the Selling Dealers and any registered representative or principal of the Dealer-Manager or a Selling Dealer;
(iii) registered investment advisors and their clients; and
(iv) investors who buy Units through the officers and directors of the General Partner.
Affiliated Limited Partner means each Limited Partner that is an Affiliate of the General Partner.
Affiliated Limited Partner means any Limited Partner, in his, her or its capacity as a Limited Partner, which: (i) is also the Investment Manager; (ii) is The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Group, Inc. or its Successor; (iii) is any Person the ownership of which is substantially the same as that of The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Group, Inc. or its Successor; (iv) is an Employee Fund or a current or former ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ employee or an investment vehicle of such employee, or any Affiliate of the Investment Manager, in each case designated as an Affiliated Limited Partner from time to time by the General Partner; (v) owns at least 20% of or controls, directly or indirectly, The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Group, Inc. or its Successor and is designated as an Affiliated Limited Partner from time to time by the General Partner; or (vi) is at least 20% owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Group, Inc. or its Successor, by any Person the ownership of which is substantially the same as that of The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Group, Inc. or its Successor, or by any Person that owns at least 20% of or controls The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Group, Inc. or its Successor and in each case is designated as an Affiliated Limited Partner from time to time by the General Partner; provided, that, any Employee Fund shall only be treated as an Affiliated Limited Partner with respect to that portion of its investors which is determined by the General Partner to be comprised of Persons meeting the foregoing requirements.
Affiliated Limited Partner means any officer, employee or securities representative of the General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner or of any Selling Dealer who is admitted as a Limited Partner at a Closing.
Affiliated Limited Partner means the General Partner and any officer, director, employee or other Affiliate of the General Partner, the Dealer-Manager, the Selling Dealers and any registered representative or principal of a Selling Dealer, registered investment advisors and their clients and investors who buy units through the officers and directors of the General Partner, to the extent they purchase Units under Section 8.3(c) and are admitted as a Limited Partner at a Closing.
