Affiliated Obligors definition
Affiliated Obligors means two or more Obligors having the same address as their primary residence.
Affiliated Obligors will not include the Partnership nor any partner in the Partnership in its capacity as such. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 1.1 shall not apply to Obligations that are within the scope of Section 1.2.
Affiliated Obligors means the Partnership, Cogentrix Virginia and Capistrano.

Affiliated Obligors in Appendix A thereto shall be amended by deleting the word "Sumitomo";
Affiliated Obligors means, collectively, the Borrower, the Sponsor, Apex Luxembourg, Apex Sweden and Apex Metals.
