AFI Real Property definition
AFI Real Property means (i) the Owned Real Property that relates primarily to the AFI Business, including the real property set forth on Schedule 1.5, and (ii) the Leased Real Property that relates primarily to the AFI Business, but in no event shall the term AFI Real Property include the Corporate Headquarters.
