After Business Hours definition

After Business Hours means (a) any time other than between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays or between 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, (b) Sundays and (c) Holidays.
After Business Hours means between 6:00 pm and 8:00 am, Monday Thru Friday and Weekends and Holidays.

  • After Business Hours, weekend and holiday heating and air conditioning at the After Hours HVAC rate set forth in Section 1j, with such charges subject to commercially reasonable annual increases as determined by Landlord.

  • After Business Hours, Tenant shall have access to the Premises, provided Tenant complies with Landlord’s security procedures.

  • Non-Business Days and After Business Hours shall mean all other times and days without limitation.

  • After Business Hours Landlord may reduce the number of passenger elevators servicing the Building, but in no event shall Tenant be denied access to the Premises.

  • After Business Hours and on non-Business Days, Tenant will pay for the above services as provided on Schedule 6.

  • After Business Hours, Tenant shall have access to the Premises, provided Tenant complies with Landlord's normal security procedures, and Tenant pays Landlord a charge as established by Landlord for the use of electricity and other services during non-Business Hours.

  • After Business Hours, Landlord shall have the right to shut down the Building systems (including electricity and HVAC systems) for required maintenance and safety inspections, and in cases of emergency.

  • Landlord shall at all times have access to the unenclosed portion of the B500 loading dock for deliveries provided that any deliveries After Business Hours shall be scheduled through Tenant’s security subject to reasonable advance notice.

  • Since the lobby is open to the public at all times, it is imperative that the following rules be followed: Unless prior written permission is obtained from the Landlord, disruptive work (demolition, etc.) must be done After Business Hours.

  • After Business Hours, weekend and holiday heating and air conditioning at the After Hours HVAC rate set forth in Section 1j, with such charges subject to commercially reasonable annual increases as determined by Landlord; provided, however, that Landlord, in its sole discretion, may install sub-meters for HVAC services, in which event Tenant shall pay the actual amounts shown on said sub-meters for HVAC services consumed by Tenant.

  • Business Hours means the hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Business Day.

  • Business Hour means a clock hour during the standard business hours of a Business Day based on Customer’s “Support Region” and “Support Center” as set forth at www.liferay.com/support/coverage-areas-and-hours.

  • Regular Business Hours means 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except on Legal Holidays.

  • Normal Business Hours means 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST/EDT, on Business Days.

  • After Hours means any time that falls outside the Parties’ normal Business Hours;

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Normal means the condition which would have existed had no loss occurred.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in the relevant location on a Business Day.

  • Access means disclosure by the provision of access;

  • Other Business(es means any business activity we or our Affiliates engage in, other than the licensing of the Hotel.

  • Hours means clock hours.

  • Normal Working Hours means 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, excluding PBI-observed U.S. holidays, in the time zone where the Equipment or other items are located.

  • Books and Records means all books, records, board minutes, contracts, licenses, insurance policies, environmental audits, business plans, files, computer files, computer discs and other data and software storage and media devices, accounting books and records, financial statements (actual and pro forma), filings with Governmental Authorities and any and all records and instruments relating to the Collateral or otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or the realization thereupon.

  • Accessible as used in this Agreement, means a person with a disability is afforded the opportunity to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same services as a person without a disability in an equally effective and equally integrated manner, with substantially equivalent ease of use. A person with a disability must be able to obtain the information as fully, equally, and independently as a person without a disability. Although this might not result in identical ease of use compared to that of persons without disabilities, it still must ensure equal opportunity to the educational benefits and opportunities afforded by the technology and equal treatment in the use of such technology. The District agrees to take the following actions:

  • Reasonable and Customary means, in relation to a charge for Medical Service, such level which does not exceed the general range of charges being charged by the relevant service providers in the locality where the charge is incurred for similar treatment, services or supplies to individuals with similar conditions, e.g. of the same sex and similar Age, for a similar Disability, as reasonably determined by the Company in utmost good faith. The Reasonable and Customary charges shall not in any event exceed the actual charges incurred.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • Other Business means business of the Licensee other than the Licensed Business;

  • Gross household income means gross income of a household as those terms are defined in rules of the authority.

  • Business Records means all records and information of any description or type created or used in the ordinary course of the operation of the Business.

  • Unit operating hour or "hour of unit operation" means an hour in which a unit combusts any fuel.

  • Excluded Books and Records has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Former Business means any corporation, partnership, entity, division, business unit, business or set of business operations that has been sold, conveyed, assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of or divested (other than solely in connection with the Restructuring), in whole or in part, or the operations, activities or production of which has been discontinued, abandoned, liquidated, completed or otherwise terminated, in whole or in part, in each case, by either Group prior to the Distribution Time.

  • Tax Records means any Tax Returns, Tax Return workpapers, documentation relating to any Tax Contests, and any other books of account or records (whether or not in written, electronic or other tangible or intangible forms and whether or not stored on electronic or any other medium) required to be maintained under the Code or other applicable Tax Laws or under any record retention agreement with any Tax Authority.

  • Inspect means the ability to review and copy a CIF to the same extent as any other document contained in a court file.

  • Transferred Books and Records means all books, ledgers, files, reports, plans, records, manuals and other materials (in any form or medium) to the extent of, or maintained predominantly for, the Business by the Seller’s Group (other than emails), including (without limitation) all books, records and other materials relating to the research, development and pre-clinical trials for each of the Products and the Product Expansions but excluding:

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.
