After-Hours Maintenance and Support definition

After-Hours Maintenance and Support means performing technical maintenance and support activity Tasks of a Work Order after normal Working Hours on an as- needed basis when (i) required by the Work Order and (ii) specifically authorized in writing by the JCC’s Project Manager for that particular Work Order.

Examples of After-Hours Maintenance and Support in a sentence

  • Use of any such After-Hours Maintenance and Support account is limited to within the State’s fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) specified in the relevant Work Order’s Attachment 4.

  • Use of any such After-Hours Maintenance and Support account is limited to within the JCC’s fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

  • If After-Hours Maintenance and Support has been designated as “May Be Required” in the Work Order, this authorization form must be completed and approved by AOC Project Manager prior to after-hours support being worked.

  • When specified that After-Hours Maintenance and Support may be required in performing the Work of a particular Work Order, and that such After-Hours Maintenance and Support is authorized in writing by the JCC Project Manager, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, Attachment 5-C, the JCC shall compensate the Contractor for the the After-Hours Maintenance and Support.

  • The Contractor shall not request nor shall the JCC consider any reimbursement for non-production work including but not limited to time spent traveling to and from the job site or any living expenses with respect to After-Hours Maintenance and Support.

  • After-Hours Maintenance and Support [may be/will not be] required in performing the Work of this Work Order.

  • The Contractor shall not exceed nor bill the JCC in excess of hours of service set forth in the applicable Work Order for After-Hours Maintenance and Support.

  • Except for the specific Travel Expenses, when authorized as set forth in the relevant Work Order, the hourly rate(s) for After-Hours Maintenance and Support set forth in Attachment 4 of appropriate Work Order, is (are) inclusive of all costs, benefits, expenses, fees, overhead, and profits payable to the Contractor for services rendered to the JCC.

  • As an alternative explanation, firms may not have incentives to hire executives with trade secrets information (demand side).

  • The Contractor shall not charge nor shall the JCC pay any overtime rate for After-Hours Maintenance and Support.

Related to After-Hours Maintenance and Support

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Connaught is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Maintenance Outage means NERC Event Type MO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and includes any outage involving ten percent (10%) of the Facility’s Net Output that is not a Forced Outage or a Planned Outage.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Maintenance and Operations Revenue or “M&O Revenue” means (i) those revenues which the District receives from the levy of its annual ad valorem maintenance and operations tax pursuant to Section 45.002 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, or other lawful authority, and Article VII § 3 of the TEXAS CONSTITUTION, plus (ii) all State revenues to which the District is or may be entitled under the applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE or any other statutory provision as well as any amendment or successor statute to these provisions, as applicable, less

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.
