Agency Fee Letter definition

Agency Fee Letter means the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower (as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in writing between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower).
Agency Fee Letter means the administrative agency fee letter, dated as of the March 29, 2012, between the Company and the Administrative Agent.
Agency Fee Letter means that certain Agency Fee Letter, dated as of the Effective Date, by and between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
