  • Other jurisdictions may “borrow” a Contract Agency Inmate according to policies and procedures of SCORE and as listed in Exhibit G.

  • Should a Contract Agency Inmate receive medical care for injuries or illness at the time of arrest and prior to booking at the SCORE Facility, the Contract Agency shall provide medical documentation pertaining to injury or illness to SCORE at the time of booking if the Contract Agency has access to such records.

  • Confidential telephones or visitation rooms shall be available to a Contract Agency Inmate to communicate with his or her legal counsel.

  • If a Contract Agency Inmate escapes SCORE’s custody, SCORE shall notify the Contract Agency as soon as reasonably possible.

  • If a Contract Agency Inmate is admitted to a hospital, the Contracting Agency will be responsible for hospital security unless other arrangements are made with SCORE.

  • Area agency on aging means the same as that term is defined in Section 62A-3-101.
