Agency Requirements definition

Agency Requirements means, collectively, the Xxxxxx Mae Requirements, the Xxxxxxx Mac Requirements, and the Xxxxxx Mae Requirements.

Agency Requirements means any and all requirements of any Agency that are applicable to any Agency Loan (and/or the origination, sale, commitment to insure or guarantee, and/or servicing thereof), including the requirements set forth in the Agency Agreements, as such requirements may have been waived and/or modified with the written or electronic approval of the applicable Agency.

Agency Requirements means the applicable rules, regulations, directives and instructions of Xxxxxx Xxx and Freddie Mac, including, without limitation, the applicable requirements of the Xxxxxx Xxx Guides and the Freddie Mac Guides, respectively.

More Definitions of Agency Requirements

Agency Requirements means the applicable rules, regulations, directives, and instructions of an Agency, including, without limitation, the applicable requirements of the Guides and the Agency Agreements.

Agency Requirements. The rules, regulations, announcements, notices, directives and instructions of the Agency, as applicable, including, without limitation, the Agency contracts or commitments (which contracts or commitments incorporate by reference all applicable Agency Selling and Servicing Guides and the underlying FHA and/or VA rules, regulations and requirements) with respect to the Mortgage Loans, and any revisions to same.

Agency Requirements means, with respect to any Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor, (i) with respect to any issuer, seller, servicer and/or similar status applicable to an Agency (or an Agency Program) and held by such Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor or which such Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor desires to obtain, any requirements or standards that must be satisfied by such Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor in order for such Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor to obtain, maintain or be in compliance with such status or to not be subject to any Agency Remedial Action and (ii) the obligations of such Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor under any written agreement between the Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor and an Agency.

Agency Requirements means, collectively, the Fannie Mae Requirements, the Freddie Mac Requirements, and the Ginnie Mae Requirements.

Agency Requirements. The applicable rules, regulations, announcements, notices, directives and instructions of an Agency, including, without limitation, (i) the FNMA Guide; (ii) the FNMA Pool purchase contracts or master commitments; and (iii) all exhibits, schedules, amendments and supplements to (i) and (ii).
