Each employee who elects not to join or maintain membership in the Union shall be required to pay, as a condition of employment, beginning ninety (90) days following the commencement of his/her employment, an Agency service fee to the Union in an amount that is equal to the amount required to become and remain a member in good standing of the Union and its affiliates.
Any employee in the bargaining unit , and shall be eligible for membership in the Association according to the Associations By-Laws, and upon joining the Association, Agency service fee deductions shall be discontinued (2007).
Effective thirty (30) days after the signing of this agreement, it shall be a condition of employment that all employees in the bargaining unit who are not members of the Association and who have been employed for thirty (30) days or more shall pay to the Association an Agency service fee.
