Agent Advance definition

Agent Advance shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.01(e).

Examples of Agent Advance in a sentence

• Such amounts made available to Agent under clause (z) of the immediately preceding sentence shall be applied against the amounts of the applicable Swing Loan or Agent Advance and, together with the portion of such Swing Loan or Agent Advance representing Swing Lender's Pro Rata Share thereof, shall constitute Advances of such Lenders.

• Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Borrower, any Advance, Agent Advance, or Swing Loan requested by Borrower and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

• Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender in writing of each Administrative Agent Advance.

• Each Agent Advance is an Advance hereunder and shall be subject to all the terms and conditions applicable to other Advances, except that no such Agent Advance shall be eligible for the LIBOR Option and all payments thereon shall be payable to Agent solely for its own account (and for the account of the holder of any participation interest with respect to such Agent Advance).

• Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Administrative Borrower, any Advance, Agent Advance, or Swing Loan requested by Borrowers and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.
