Agent Advances definition

Agent Advances has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i).

Examples of Agent Advances in a sentence

• Special Agent Advances shall not constitute Loans but shall otherwise constitute Obligations hereunder.

• Such notice of a Settlement Date shall include a summary statement of the amount of outstanding Advances, Swing Loans, and Agent Advances for the period since the prior Settlement Date.
