Agent Advance Exposure definition

Agent Advance Exposure means at any time the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Agent Advances at such time. The Agent Advance Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time shall mean its Pro Rata Share of the aggregate Agent Advance Exposure at such time.
Agent Advance Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, an amount equal to (i) the outstanding amount of Agent Advances held by such Lender at such time plus (ii) such Lender’s Agent Advance Exposure Percentage of the total outstanding Agent Advances held by Agent at such time.
Agent Advance Exposure means, with respect to each Lender, the principal amount of the Agent Advances in which such Lender is legally obligated either to make a Loan or to purchase a participation in accordance with Section 2.6, which shall equal such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of all outstanding Agent Advances.

Unless otherwise specified herein, the amount of a Letter of Credit at any time shall be deemed to be the stated amount of such Letter of Credit in effect at such time; provided, that with respect to any Letter of Credit that, by its terms or the terms of any document related thereto, provides for one or more automatic increases in the stated amount thereof, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be the maximum stated amount of such Letter of Credit after giving effect to all such increases, whether or not such maximum stated amount is in effect at such time.
