Agent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

Examples of Agent Group in a sentence

  • The covenants and agreements of the parties hereto, including Sections 6 and 7 above, will remain in full force and effect and will survive the consummation of the Stock Offering and mutual-to-stock conversion or the termination of this Agreement, and the Agent Group shall be entitled to the benefit of the covenants and agreements thereafter.

  • The Financial Agent Group shall document such internal oversight and provide the Treasury with quarterly reports sufficient to evaluate the effectiveness of the Financial Agent Group’s mitigation controls in ensuring compliance with all requirements of the FAA.

  • The Financial Agent Group shall ensure that any contemplated transactions between the TARP portfolio and the Financial Agent Group or another client of the Financial Agent Group shall be disclosed to Treasury before execution occurs, and Treasury will have the right to refuse such transactions.

  • The TARP Compliance Officer may have other responsibilities within the Financial Agent Group, provided such responsibilities do not include portfolio management responsibilities.

  • During the course of the FAA, the Financial Agent Group shall not directly or indirectly make any offer or promise of future employment or business opportunity to, or engage directly or indirectly in any discussion of future employment or business opportunity with, any Treasury employee with personal or direct responsibility for that selection.


More Definitions of Agent Group

Agent Group means the AGENT and its affiliated (group/sister/parent) companies and subsidiaries.
Agent Group means an Agent member of the Facility consisting of a group of central credit unions, one of which is designated as the group’s “Agent group representative” and authorized to transact business with the Facility on behalf of the group or any member of the group.

Related to Agent Group

  • HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.

  • Agent Parties has the meaning specified in Section 10.02(c).

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • Agent’s Group has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(b).
