Any Definitive Note issued in exchange for a beneficial interest pursuant to this Section 2.05(d) shall be registered in such name or names and in such authorized denomination or denominations as the holder of such beneficial interest shall instruct the Registrar through instructions from or through the Depository and the Agent Member.

More Definitions of Agent Member

Agent Member means a member of or participant in the Securities Depository that will act on behalf of a Bidder.
