Aggregate Capital Contributions definition

Aggregate Capital Contributions. All contributions made to the capital of the Partnership by the Partners pursuant to Section 5 hereof.
Aggregate Capital Contributions means, with respect to any Member as of any date, the aggregate amount of all Capital Contributions made by such Member on or prior to such date.
