Aggregate Cash Compensation definition
Aggregate Cash Compensation means the sum of Base Pay and Employee's cash bonuses pursuant to the Company's Annual Incentive Plan and Performance Award Plan as in effect at any time of determination.
Aggregate Cash Compensation means at the time of any determination, the sum of: (A) the Employee's Base Pay, (B) the Employee's Annual Incentive Plan bonus payable for the year in which the Termination Date occurs, calculated by multiplying the product of the Employee's Base Pay and the Employee's bonus percentage by 200%, and (C) the Employee's Performance Award Plan award payable for the award period ending with the year in which the Termination Date occurs at maximum performance level.
