Aggregate Claims Amount definition
Aggregate Claims Amount means, with respect to a Policy on a date of determination, the amount of all Permitted Policy Claims under such Policy as to which one or more Cash payments or Deemed Cash Payments have been made by FGIC on or prior to such date.
Aggregate Claims Amount means, with respect to any Class or Classes of Claims, the total amount (including Estimated Amounts for distribution purposes of any Contingent, Disputed or unliquidated Claims) of Claims, including Disputed Claims (but excluding Disallowed Claims), in such Class or Classes.
