Aggregate Costs definition

Aggregate Costs means Operation and Maintenance Costs, Fixed Costs and Underconsumption Costs, collectively, as herein defined.
Aggregate Costs means all costs included in ORS 469A.100(4)(d) and (e) and those transmission costs included in 469A.100(4)(c) that can reasonably serve more than one generating facility. Aggregate costs also include physical or financial costs for assets to replace interruptions of generation or deliveries of short-term or long-term qualifying electricity, short-term electricity that is not qualifying, or electricity from proxy plants.
Aggregate Costs means the aggregate PFF Shares of PFF Facilities remaining to be completed, calculated using the then-current year’s cost estimate, plus the cost to pay the administrative component of the PFF as specified in the Finance Plan.

  • Each AuthorityCharter Customer agrees to be responsible for a share of the amount so in default to the Authority, which share shall be in the same proportion as such AuthorityCharter Customer's share of the Aggregate Costs for the month prior to the month of the default bears to the sum of the shares of Aggregate Costs in that month of all AuthorityCharter Customers obligated to make payments under this Section which are not in default.

  • The Aggregate Costs shall not, under any circumstances, include any costs related to the historical U.S. selling costs associated with the Golden Gate Paper Company, Inc.

  • Each AuthorityCharter Customer further covenants that if its responsibility for Aggregate Costs under this Contract increases, it will promptly file a request with the PSC for authority to pass on such higher costs to its ratepayers.

  • The AuthorityCharter Customer's share of Aggregate Costs for a month shall be due and payable and must be received at the offices of the Authority on or before the tenth day of the month following the month of the Authority's notification or, if later, within 28 days of the date of notification.

Aggregate Costs means the actual cash expenditures of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries through and including the applicable date.

Related to Aggregate Costs

  • Aggregate Commitments means the Commitments of all the Lenders.

  • Aggregate Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 20.1A.

  • Aggregate Commitment means the aggregate of the Commitments of all of the Lenders, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. As of the Effective Date, the Aggregate Commitment is $500,000,000.

  • Aggregate Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6(C).

  • Available Aggregate Commitment means, at any time, the Aggregate Commitment then in effect minus the Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure at such time.

  • Aggregate Outstandings means, at a particular time, the sum of (a) the Aggregate Letters of Credit Outstandings at such time and (b) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans at such time.

  • Aggregate Capital means, on any date of determination, the aggregate amount of Capital of all Purchaser Interests outstanding on such date.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate of the Outstanding Credit Exposure of all the Lenders.

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(a).
