Aggregate Costs definition

Aggregate Costs means all costs included in ORS 469A.100(4)(d) and (e) and those transmission costs included in 469A.100(4)(c) that can reasonably serve more than one generating facility. Aggregate costs also include physical or financial costs for assets to replace interruptions of generation or deliveries of short-term or long-term qualifying electricity, short-term electricity that is not qualifying, or electricity from proxy plants.
Aggregate Costs means Operation and Maintenance Costs, Fixed Costs and Underconsumption Costs, collectively, as herein defined.
Aggregate Costs means the aggregate PFF Shares of PFF Facilities remaining to be completed, calculated using the then-current year’s cost estimate, plus the cost to pay the administrative component of the PFF as specified in the Finance Plan.

  • Costs for Lake Water charged by the Commission shall only include Aggregate Costs relating to the purchase and delivery of Lake Water.

  • Each AuthorityCharter Customer further covenants that if its responsibility for Aggregate Costs under this Contract increases, it will promptly file a request with the PSC for authority to pass on such higher costs to its ratepayers.
