Aggregate Exercise Prices definition
Aggregate Exercise Prices means the aggregate of the exercise prices of the Options outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Aggregate Exercise Prices means (i) the aggregate cash proceeds actually received by Reliant from the exercise of Reliant Options and Reliant Warrants from the date of this Agreement up through and including the Effective Time, plus (ii) the aggregate exercise price of all In-the-Money Warrants outstanding as of the Effective Time.
Aggregate Exercise Prices means $8,485,775; provided, however, that, if applicable, the Aggregate Exercise Price shall be adjusted as provided in Exhibit 7.02(r).
