Aggregate Facility Repurchase Price definition
Aggregate Facility Repurchase Price means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Repurchase Prices (excluding from the definition of Repurchase Price any amounts calculated pursuant to clause (B) of such definition) of all Purchased Assets.
