Aggregate Loss Determination Amount definition
Aggregate Loss Determination Amount means, in respect of each Portfolio Credit Default Swap, the aggregate of all Loss Determinations Amounts calculated with respect to Reference Entities in relation to which an Event Determination Date has occurred prior to that time.
Aggregate Loss Determination Amount means on any date, the aggregate of all Reference Swap Payments determined on or prior to such date.
Aggregate Loss Determination Amount means the sum of all Loss Determination Amounts that have been calculated as a result of Portfolio Events of Default which have occurred, including in respect of which the relevant Loss Determination Amount is being calculated.
