Examples of Aggregate Maximum Credit Amount in a sentence
Any termination or reduction of the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amount shall be permanent and may not be reinstated.
Each notice delivered by the Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.05(b)(ii) shall be irrevocable; provided that a notice of termination of the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amount delivered by the Borrower may state that such notice is conditioned upon the effectiveness of other credit facilities or other agreements, in which case such notice may be revoked by the Borrower (by notice to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the specified effective date) if such condition is not satisfied.
In no event shall the Proposed Borrowing Base exceed the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amount.
The Administrative Agent and the Borrower hereby consent to such reallocation and the New Lenders’ acquisition of an interest in the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amount and the other Lenders’ assignments of their Maximum Credit Amounts.
Each reduction of the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amount shall be made ratably among the Lenders in accordance with each Lender’s Applicable Percentage.
