Aggregate Multicurrency Commitments definition

Aggregate Multicurrency Commitments the obligations of the Lenders to make Multicurrency Loans hereunder in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $100,000,000.
Aggregate Multicurrency Commitments means at any date of determination with respect to all Multicurrency Lenders, an amount equal to the Multicurrency Commitments of all Multicurrency Lenders on such date, provided, however, that the Aggregate Multicurrency Commitments shall not exceed $250,000,000.
Aggregate Multicurrency Commitments means the aggregate amount of the Multicurrency Commitments of all the Lenders, which shall not exceed an amount, the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of which is Five Hundred Million Dollars ($500,000,000), as such amount may be reduced by the Aggregate Activated Non-Pro Rata Multicurrency Commitments pursuant to Section 2.4 or 2.6.
