Aggregate Net Present Value definition

Aggregate Net Present Value means the aggregate net present value of the all in yield of all Replacement Indebtedness, taken as a whole, or of all Original Indebtedness, taken as a whole, as the case may be, calculated (a) taking into account interest rate, upfront fees, consent fees and other similar fees payable to financing parties providing such Replacement Indebtedness or such Original Indebtedness, as the case may be, but excluding arranging, administrative agency, collateral trust or agency, underwriting or similar fees and (b) assuming a discount rate in such net present value calculation equal to the aggregate average rate of interest for the indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries set forth on Section 9.02(e) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
Aggregate Net Present Value means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of the Net Present Values of all Eligible Contracts.
Aggregate Net Present Value shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Paragraph 5(b) of this Settlement Agreement.

  • For purposes of calculations regarding the Borrowing Base or the Concentration Limits, an individual Container or generator set shall be included in the calculation of either the Aggregate Net Book Value or the Aggregate Net Present Value of Direct Finance Lease Receivables but not both.

  • The sum of the Net Book Values and the Net Present Value of Direct Finance Lease Receivables, as the case may be, of all Eligible Containers, Eligible Generator Sets and Eligible Direct Finance Leases that are subject to a sale-leaseback transaction with the related Lessee shall not exceed the product of (A) thirty-five percent (35%) and (B) an amount equal to the sum of (x) the Aggregate Net Book Value and (y) the Aggregate Net Present Value of Direct Finance Lease Receivables.
