The Aggregate Number will be an amount determined by the Issuer on or around the Issue Date based on the results of the offer and which will be specified in a notice dated on or around the Issue Date.
The Aggregate Number, after taking into consideration any prior adjustments pursuant to this Section 6, shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as follows and, thereafter, as adjusted, shall be deemed to be the Aggregate Number hereunder.
Under certain conditions, the Aggregate Number is subject to adjustment as set forth in this Section 6.
