Aggregate Number definition

Aggregate Number has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Aggregate Number means, at any time to be determined, the number of Warrant Shares for which this Warrant may be exercised at such time.

Examples of Aggregate Number in a sentence

• The Aggregate Number will be an amount determined by the Issuer on or around the Issue Date based on the results of the offer and which will be specified in a notice dated on or around the Issue Date.
