To Be Determined or “TBD” is the item that is not yet identified. Any and all To Be Determined items, set forth herein, shall be determined prior to award or by mutual agreement between the Contractor and the Court and incorporated into the Agreement via Amendment(s).
To Be Determined or “TBD” listed herein to represent items that are to be proposed and/or negotiated, and therefore have not been identified or agreed upon in order to include in the contractual terms yet.
To Be Determined means the exact amount to be refunded is limited to the amount of monies recoverable at the time.
