Aggregate Receivable Value definition

Aggregate Receivable Value means the sum of (i) the Loan Value of all the Loans and (ii) the Lease Value of all the Leases.

Related to Aggregate Receivable Value

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor.

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Principal Receivables means all Receivables other than Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Receivables Pool means, at any time, all of the then outstanding Receivables purchased by the Seller pursuant to the Sale Agreement prior to the Facility Termination Date.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • Net Purchased Loan Balance means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate principal balance of all Portfolio Investments acquired by the Company prior to such date minus (b) the aggregate principal balance of all Portfolio Investments repurchased by the Parent or an Affiliate thereof prior to such date.

  • Eligible Receivables means Receivables arising in the ordinary course of -------------------- Borrower's business from the sale of goods or rendition of services, which Silicon, in its sole judgment, shall deem eligible for borrowing, based on such considerations as Silicon may from time to time deem appropriate. Without limiting the fact that the determination of which Receivables are eligible for borrowing is a matter of Silicon's discretion, the following (the "Minimum ------- Eligibility Requirements") are the minimum requirements for a Receivable to be ------------------------ an Eligible Receivable: (i) the Receivable must not be outstanding for more than 90 days from its invoice date, (ii) the Receivable must not represent progress xxxxxxxx, or be due under a fulfillment or requirements contract with the Account Debtor, (iii) the Receivable must not be subject to any contingencies (including Receivables arising from sales on consignment, guaranteed sale or other terms pursuant to which payment by the Account Debtor may be conditional), (iv) the Receivable must not be owing from an Account Debtor with whom the Borrower has any dispute (whether or not relating to the particular Receivable), (v) the Receivable must not be owing from an Affiliate of Borrower, (vi) the Receivable must not be owing from an Account Debtor which is subject to any insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding, or whose financial condition is not acceptable to Silicon, or which, fails or goes out of a material portion of its business, (vii) the Receivable must not be owing from the United States or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof (unless there has been compliance, to Silicon's satisfaction, with the United States Assignment of Claims Act), (viii) the Receivable must not be owing from an Account Debtor located outside the United States or Canada (unless pre-approved by Silicon in its discretion in writing, or backed by a letter of credit satisfactory to Silicon, or FCIA insured satisfactory to Silicon), (ix) the Receivable must not be owing from an Account Debtor to whom Borrower is or may be liable for goods purchased from such Account Debtor or otherwise. Receivables owing from one Account Debtor will not be deemed Eligible Receivables to the extent they exceed 25% of the total Receivables outstanding. In addition, if more than 50% of the Receivables owing from an Account Debtor are outstanding more than 90 days from their invoice date (without regard to unapplied credits) or are otherwise not eligible Receivables, then all Receivables owing from that Account Debtor will be deemed ineligible for borrowing. Silicon may, from time to time, in its discretion, revise the Minimum Eligibility Requirements, upon written notice to the Borrower.

  • Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance The aggregate Stated Principal Balances of all Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • 60-Day Delinquent Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all Receivables (other than Repurchased Receivables and Defaulted Receivables) that are sixty (60) or more days delinquent as of such date (or, if such date is not the last day of a Collection Period, as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding such date), as determined in accordance with the Servicer’s Customary Servicing Practices.

  • Subsequent Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related Subsequent Transfer Agreement.

  • Principal Receivable means any Receivable other than a Finance Charge Receivable. In calculating the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in an Account on any date, the gross amount of Principal Receivables in the Account on that date must be reduced by the aggregate amount of credit balances in the Account on that date.

  • Net Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables (other than Defaulted Receivables) of the Issuer on such date.

  • Cut-off Date Pool Balance The aggregate Cut-off Date Principal Balance of all the Original Mortgage Loans.

  • Loan Balance means, for any date of determination, the outstanding principal balance due under or in respect of a Timeshare Loan (including a Defaulted Timeshare Loan).

  • Aggregate Assets means the value of the Sub-Advised Assets and the Other Accounts on the Valuation Date during the applicable calendar month. The values for the Sub-Advised Assets and Other Accounts shall be as reported by the applicable custodian and fund administrator.

  • Collateral Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Collateral Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Collateral Interest Holder prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Collateral Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.06(c), minus (d) the aggregate amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.08 allocable to the Collateral Invested Amount, minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Collateral Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsections 4.06(a) and (b), and plus (f) the amount allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.07(i), for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Collateral Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.

  • Aggregate Loan Balance At any date of determination, the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder.

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • Attributable Receivables Indebtedness at any time means the principal amount of Indebtedness which (i) if a Permitted Receivables Facility is structured as a secured lending agreement, would constitute the principal amount of such Indebtedness or (ii) if a Permitted Receivables Facility is structured as a purchase agreement, would be outstanding at such time under the Permitted Receivables Facility if the same were structured as a secured lending agreement rather than a purchase agreement.

  • Cut-Off Date Aggregate Principal Balance The aggregate of the Cut-Off Date Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans is as set forth in Section 11.03.

  • Ineligible Receivables shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.05(a).

  • Securitization Value means, with respect to any 20[•]-[•] Lease, the value calculated by the Servicer equal to, (i) as of its Maturity Date, the Base Residual and (ii) as of any date other than its Maturity Date, the sum of the present value, discounted at the Securitization Rate, of (a) the aggregate Monthly Payments remaining to be made and (b) the Base Residual.

  • Simple Interest Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment allocable to interest and the portion allocable to principal is determined in accordance with the Simple Interest Method.

  • Transferor Percentage means 100% minus (a) the Floating Allocation Percentage, when used at any time with respect to Finance Charge Receivables and Defaulted Receivables, or (b) the Principal Allocation Percentage, when used at any time with respect to Principal Receivables.

  • Aggregate Funded Spread As of any Measurement Date, the sum of: (a) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Debt (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the excess of the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon over the applicable index and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation), (i) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation above such index multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation; provided that (i) with respect to any Floor Obligation, the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation over the applicable index shall be deemed to be equal to the sum of (x) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash over the applicable index and (y) the excess, if any, of the specified “floor” rate relating to such Collateral Obligation over the greater of zero and the applicable index and (ii) the interest rate of each Step-Up Obligation will be deemed to be its current rate of interest and the interest rate of each Step-Down Obligation will be deemed to be the lowest rate of interest that such Collateral Obligation will by its terms pay in the future solely as a function of the passage of time; and (b) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over an index other than a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Debt, (i) the excess of (x) the sum of such spread and the greater of such index or any applicable floor paid in Cash over (y) the Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Debt as of the immediately preceding Interest Determination Date (which spread or excess may be expressed as a negative percentage) multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of each such Collateral Obligation.
