Aggregate Repurchase Amount definition

Aggregate Repurchase Amount means, with respect to the purchase of Contracts pursuant to Section 9.01(a), an amount equal to the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of Section 9.01(e).
Aggregate Repurchase Amount means, for any repurchase of an Ineligible Receivable pursuant to Section 4.1(d), the Purchase Price paid for such Ineligible Receivable, less any Principal Collections received by Buyer in respect of such Ineligible Receivable from the Closing Date.
Aggregate Repurchase Amount means two-hundred and fifty million dollars ($250,000,000).
