Aggregate Requested Release Amount definition
Aggregate Requested Release Amount means, in respect of a Release Date, (i) that aggregate portion of the Loans to be released in accordance with Section 2.03(c) on such Release Date in respect of each Related Pool Aircraft identified in a Release Request plus (ii) the aggregate pro rata investment earnings thereon.
Aggregate Requested Release Amount means, in respect of a Release Date, (i) the amount set forth on Schedule III in respect of the applicable PS Portfolio Aircraft to be added to the Portfolio on such Release Date plus (ii) the aggregate pro rata investment earnings thereon.
