Aggregate Rights Offering Amount definition

Aggregate Rights Offering Amount has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Aggregate Rights Offering Amount means $670 million, which represents the aggregate purchase price of the New Common Stock issued pursuant to the Equity Rights Offering, prior to any reduction on account of Excess Liquidity in accordance with the First Lien Exit Facilities Term Sheet and the Plan.
