Aggregate Servicing Fee means the aggregate of the Receivables Servicer Servicing Fees and the Servicing Fee payable to the Servicer and the Receivables Servicers on each Payment Date, which is equal to the product of 1/12th of 1.02% and the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables as of the first day of the related Collection Period.

Examples of Aggregate Servicing Fee in a sentence

  • As compensation therefore the Backup Servicer (in the case of SLS) shall be entitled to the Aggregate Servicing Fee and all other compensation to which the Servicer would have been entitled if it had continued to act hereunder and the Securities Administrator (in the case of the Servicing Administrator) shall be entitled to all compensation to which the Servicing Administrator is entitled hereunder.

Related to Aggregate Servicing Fee

  • Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Class A Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.
