Aggregate Stock Consideration Amount means the number of shares of Buyer Common Stock equal to the quotient of (i) the difference of (A) the Aggregate Consideration Value less (B) Aggregate Founder Seller Cash Amount, divided by (ii) the Buyer Stock Price Per Share.
Aggregate Stock Consideration Amount means the Company Common Shares Outstanding multiplied by $278.71.
Aggregate Stock Consideration Amount means the total number of shares of Purchaser Stock issuable to Accredited Stockholders pursuant to this Agreement.
