Aggregate Undrawn Amount definition

Aggregate Undrawn Amount means at any time, with respect to the Class A-1A Notes, the aggregate amount of the unutilized Commitments in respect of all Class A-1A Notes.
Aggregate Undrawn Amount. At any time, the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate amount of the Commitments over (ii) the Outstanding Amount at such time.

Aggregate Undrawn Amount means, at any time with respect to the Class A Variable Funding Notes, the excess, if any, of (i) the Commitment Amount in respect of all Class A Variable Funding Notes over (ii) the EUR Equivalent aggregate principal amount of the Class A Variable Funding Notes funded on the Closing Date or by one or more Advances after the Closing Date and not repaid under the Indenture.
