• The following is specified as an additional matter, within the meaning of Section 12.02 (b) of the General Conditions, to be included in the opinion or opinions to be furnished to the Association, namely, that the Subsidiary Loan Agreement has been duly authorized or ratified by the Borrower and Agrani Bank, and is legally binding upon the Borrower and Agrani Bank in accordance with its terms.

• In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall appoint Agrani Bank to be responsible for Project-related banking activities.
