Agreed Completion Date. The date specified in the Special Conditions of Sale, if no date is specified, 20 business days after the Exclusivity Period has elapsed, but if that date is not a business day the first subsequent business day.   • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.
