AGREED COMPLETION DATE EXCHANGE definition
AGREED COMPLETION DATE EXCHANGE means, subject to PARAGRAPH 1.4 of this RATE" PART 3 of this Schedule, in respect of any amount, the prevailing exchange rate applicable to a translation of that amount into Euros at the spot rate of exchange (closing mid-point) on the business day in London immediately prior to the Completion Date published in the London edition of The Financial Times first published thereafter or where no such rate of exchange is published on that date, the rate quoted by Citibank N.A. as at the close of business in London on that date.
